Baylor University is taking action against Kenneth Starr (photo above), forcing Starr out from his presidential seat. Further, Baylor’s Head Coach, Art Briles, has been fired. Lastly, Baylor’s athletic director has been placed on probation. All of these actions were based on a review by a third party law firm that concluded there was “a fundamental failure” in the way the university handled accusations of assaults.
